Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout - as a guide: France, Germany and the UK around 2-6 business days, the rest of Europe 5-10 business days, and outside Europe up to 10-30 business days depending on the zone.
Under the right of withdrawal for distance sales, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to return an item, with no need to give a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds are issued once we've received and checked the returned item, to the original payment method.
